Webinar: How to approach, plan, and deliver an effective MVP
Successful digital products are effective business solutions that address real user problems and adapt as business goals and user needs change over time. For any company creating a new product, launching an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to validate the initial idea with key stakeholders and early users is a critical step in ensuring a product’s long-term success.
With a strategic approach to planning and executing the MVP phase of a new digital product, companies can maximize the value of their product’s first release by delivering (and measuring the impact of) targeted solutions that meet users’ highest-priority needs.
In this webinar, Viget Product Management Director, Claire Atwell Eisinger discusses how to think about and prioritize what is needed to create an MVP, and what tools and frameworks that will lead to a successful end-product.
