Chatbots, Client-Side Apps, and College Quads. We’ve been busier than ever this year, hosting our first cohort of apprentices, creating an interactive smart light installation on a university campus, completing a head-to-toe product redesign of one of the original email marketing service providers, and helping 50-somethings save more for retirement.
We successfully partnered with the Ad Council and AARP to provide retirement planning tips that are clear, personalized, and actionable, using an interactive chatbot experience that is fun, approachable, and delightfully unexpected.
How do you improve customer acquisition in an increasingly crowded industry? We worked with iContact’s savvy product and development teams to redesign the entire application interface, revamp the trial user flow, and develop a modern, feature-rich email-building client-side app.
ACU wanted to build a unique and engaging IoT experience on their campus quad that highlighted their focus on both creativity and technology. We helped them develop an installation with more than 20,000 smart LEDs and a software platform that allows computer science students to program unique interactive light effects.

Solving interesting problems with fantastic clients is our most meaningful reward — but it did feel great to earn recognition from the W3 Awards this year:
JUST Capital (W3 Awards Silver – General Website Categories, Financial Services)
Rotary International (W3 Awards Silver – General Website Categories, Non-Profit)
Vigets in RVA
Gathering together to reflect on projects, process, and people is a fundamental part of our company DNA. Last month, we gathered all three of our offices in Richmond, VA at the historic Hofheimer Building.
