While 2016 was the year that voice-first apps and devices firmly established themselves in the market, 2017 will reveal just how much of a movement this is becoming. According to the Voice Report by Voice Labs, there were 6.5 million voice-first devices shipped in 2016, and 24.5 million devices are predicted to ship in 2017. Larger brands are certainly getting on board, as evidenced by The Dish Network's recent series of ads promoting hands-free TV with Alexa.
At Viget, we’re eagerly ramping up.
