Let’s Talk About:

Viget's MVP Toolkit

Claire Atwell Eisinger

By Claire Atwell Eisinger, Product Management Director

In January, Viget hosted a webinar with recommendations for how companies should approach, plan, and execute a minimum viable product (MVP) as a crucial first step when building a new digital product. The webinar also covered how any organization can use an MVP to validate the initial ideas with key stakeholders and early users to ensure the long-term success of a product.

As Viget’s Director of Product Management, I truly enjoyed sharing some of the lessons we’ve learned and strategies we’ve adopted here at Viget over the last 23 years, guiding startups and global organizations through creating user-tailored MVPs -- from research to definition to delivery. You can watch the webinar recording via this link, where you’ll also find the deck and additional resources.

I also recommend checking out a few recently-published articles from my colleagues on the Viget team on what makes early-stage startups and agency partnerships work and how much an MVP will cost.

Let us know if you have any questions or want to share your ideas!
