At Viget, collaboration is at our core. We believe teamwork makes us stronger, builds character, and helps us deliver our greatest work. For first responders, it’s even more vital. Working as a team saves the lives of others and protects their own. So when the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) asked us to collaborate with them on their new flagship website, we were all in. As the union that represents over 340,000 fire fighters and paramedics across the United States and Canada, the IAFF fights for the safety and protection of its members, providing unmatched training and advocacy for over 100 years. However, for members, the website was difficult to navigate, leaving them unaware of the wealth of resources available to them. Through extensive user interviews, we identified the website's core audiences and fundamentally re-envisioned the site structure and navigation for their specific needs. Built for growth and optimized for content discovery, the new website is a resource designed to deliver maximum value to IAFF members and affiliate leaders.
