Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, startup Hippo Health experienced a 1,200% user increase in a matter of weeks. Like the rest of the healthcare system, they had to act quickly to scale up their service and accommodate for their new, less-tech savvy user types. At the same time, they needed a new process to ensure clear communication between healthcare providers.
We stepped in to support them by rapidly iterating through design solutions and continuously collecting feedback from real customers.
