At Viget, we love to help clients tell the right story, at the right time, to the right person.
The National Park Foundation had no problem creating content that was highly trafficked and widely shared. However, that content wasn't always resonating with all types of donors, leaving an opportunity to improve conversions and grow their most impactful visitor base: high-end donors. Our approach to redesigning their website involved taking a step back, looking at the bigger picture, and reframing.
We worked with the National Park Foundation to craft a thoughtful messaging strategy that would appeal to all levels of donors and used that to inform every step of the design. By organizing the site around NPF's work and impact, we helped to transform nationalparks.org into a place for Park Champions.
