Building the Future, One Intern at a Time

Aubrey Lear

By Aubrey Lear, Senior Employee Engagement Manager

Summer internships at Viget are all about making an impact — both for the students who join us and for our team. Every year, we bring in enthusiastic young people who dive into real projects, work across disciplines, and bring fresh perspectives to our work. It’s not just about the students learning from us; our team grows, too, sharpening their skills and finding inspiration in the process.

These internships are our way of investing in the future. We aim to shape careers and influence the industry. As another summer wraps up, we're reminded of the value these experiences bring to everyone involved.
