Something’s Missing in Boulder

As my fellow Boulder Viget project manager Jason Sperling pointed out last year, Boulder is seriously lacking in project management events and meetups. Boulder is chock full of tech startups, but many are too small to support needing a full-time project manager.

This doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of project managers here. Your title doesn’t need to be project manager for project management to be one of your key responsibilities.

Join us Thursday, April 11th for a Happy Hour

From conversations I’ve had locally, I think there’s a large number of people who would like to tap into a project manager network to discuss tips, tricks, and challenges they face leading projects of all types. As a result, I’ve decided to build on Jason’s idea and form a Boulder Project Manager Meetup, which will kick-off with an April 11th Happy Hour. We will have a topic of the night to help get conversations started, and we will use the happy hour to gauge interest in this group and what other types of events might be useful.

Who should be there?

Project managers and anyone doing project management work in Boulder (or those working for a Denver metro digital agency) may benefit from this meetup. RSVP to the happy hour and share it around your network - it’s time we build a community that enhances our work and advances project management overall.

Event Details:

What: Inaugural Boulder Project Management Meetup
