SHAMBAUGH Launches New Leadership Site

FALLS CHURCH, VA – SHAMBAUGH Leadership just launched a new website thanks to Viget Labs, a full-service web consulting firm based in Falls Church, VA.

Rebecca Shambaugh, President and CEO of SHAMBAUGH Leadership, said the launch marks the beginning of a particularly thrilling time of growth for her company.

The site was built using Expression Engine for ease and speed of content management. The design reflects a cool, contemporary color palette with an interface that complements the organization's corporate service offerings. Call-outs across the site help users find program information and Shambaugh's blog and new book, It's Not a Glass Ceiling, It's a Sticky Floor, which was just published by McGraw-Hill.

"The book takes a look at the seven behaviors that hold women back – and lots of tips and exercises to help them get 'unstuck' and reach their full potential. I'm both humbled and delighted by the early reactions."

The site, to that end, offers users a Sticky Floor Assessment quiz, which allows visitors to answer several questions and see results of their behaviors that match those "sticky floor" characteristics.
