A Fresh Face for Inside Duke Medicine

One of the best things about Viget South's downtown Durham location is the opportunity it has given us to build a strong relationship with Duke University. We've worked on several web projects with Duke, including the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences web site and a few others that are still in the works.

Viget recently worked with the Duke Medicine Office of News and Communications to redesign the Inside Duke Medicine site, a communications hub for all Duke Medicine employees. We're proud to announce its launch!



The redesign removed some of the site's "blog" elements (e.g., long article introductions on the home page) in favor of a layout and content formatting more common to popular news sites (short headlines, prominent visual media). The home page highlights content identified by the Duke Medicine team as popular among its audience – High Fives for exemplary employees, media-rich top stories and announcements organized by location.
